Tekadom 1600°C is a one-component fire resistant sealant made on the basis of inorganic silicates. It is used for repairing fireplaces, stoves, chimneys and fire resistant brick.
It is suitable for sealing around chimneys, stoves, cookers and pipes. After curing, the sealant is not flexible and therefore it is not suitable for dilatation joints sealing. It complies with REI 120/180 standard. It is asbestos free.

It is used for sealing and repairing joints where high temperature resistance up to 1600 °C is required: stoves, chimneys, cookers, sealing around pipes. It can be applied onto concrete, aluminium, fireclay bricks, steel, and iron.
